SPARKIES Joins the JCI USA International Entrepreneur Panel to Speak on Adaptive Design

SPARKIES was honored to participate in the recent JCI USA Summit, https://jciusa.org,  where founder Alina Kuderska joined an inspiring panel of international young entrepreneurs to discuss innovation, inclusion, and the future of adaptive fashion design

A huge thank you to JCI USA for curating such a dynamic and diverse gathering of changemakers from across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. The summit served as a powerful reminder that while entrepreneurship can sometimes feel isolating, the energy and encouragement of a global community can provide the push so many new founders need to get started — and keep going.

Though this conversation happened virtually, the connections felt real and meaningful. As Alina put it afterward, “We may not have been able to hold each other’s hands, but we absolutely lifted each other’s spirits.”

During the panel, Alina shared her journey building SPARKIES and emphasized the growing need for accessible, user-friendly design that centers the needs of individuals with disabilities and those in recovery. She spoke about the power of creating products that don’t just look good, but serve a greater purpose in people’s daily lives.

We’re incredibly proud to represent the adaptive design space in such meaningful conversations. When ideas are exchanged across cultures and continents, the potential for impact grows — and so does the urgency to create more inclusive and empathetic solutions in fashion and beyond.

Thank you again to JCI USA for the invitation and for building a platform where innovation, purpose, and connection truly thrive.

More to come! 💜
