Due to a delay within the UPS network we are experiencing delivery times that may be longer than normal. If you received a shipping notification, your package has shipped but tracking information may not display at this time. For your convenience, we offer flat rate shipping which is determined by your location and preferred transit time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Standard USPS Ground: 2-8 business days
UPS Ground 1 business day: 1-2 business days
The shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the package.
For orders $100+ Free Shipping is eligible.
Please, contact us before placing the order. We want to make sure, that there will be no delays with your package, shipped internationally. That is why for now we are using IOSS number from our partner Etsy platform for collecting VAT. We will redirect you to our store there.
We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To make sure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed and your payment must be authorized before 12PM EST. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method. Note that certain items are excluded from overnight or Second Day shipping.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy process of returns.
CAN I UPDATE SHIPPING INFORMATION AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting email@example.com. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are being shipped as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your shipment is confirmed, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for our carriers to update your information into their system.
MY TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS 'DELIVERED' BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT DO I DO?
For standard delivery packages shipped via USPS Ground, please allow 7 business days before contacting the carrier service to report missing items or to initiate a tracing process.
For packages shipped via UPS Ground, please contact us to initiate a Carrier Claim. UPS claim investigations take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to complete.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. We will deduct a flat return UPS shipping label fee of USD 8.00 from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
